This form can be used when an owner is willing to rent a property to a tenant who has not passed the selection process that we use for all applicants but yet the owner is willing to rent with some exceptions and conditions. This form may be completed in the computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once completed, it must be printed, signed, and then faxed or e-mailed back to Rent Solutions. |
