Dade City, located
in Pasco County, is minutes from Hernando County,
Polk County and Hillsborough County and is also
just about 30 minutes from USF. Orlando is even
only about a 90 minute drive away. This sleepy
town has recently begun to become more developed
and features a wide range of housing options in
a central location. Living in Dade City allows
its residents to live in a community with a small
town feel yet be close to many other cities, counties
and attractions. Housing
While there are many unique and historic buildings
in Dade City that have been remodeled into living
spaces, there are also many new townhouses and
apartment complexes. As Dade City has continued
to grow over the past 10 years there has also
been a continuous addition of new single family
homes in subdivisions containing both, moderately
priced homes and extravagant homes. Properties
can be very small or very large with lots of open
space and trees. Things
