Pinellas Park
is located just east of Seminole between Clearwater
and St. Petersburg and is just 15 minutes from
USF St. Petersburg and about 40 minutes from USF-Tampa.
It is also in close proximity to where the Tampa
professional sports teams play, miles of beautiful
beaches and lots of shopping and dining options.

many options for fishing and boating. The gulf
beaches including Clearwater, Madeira and St.
Pete are all within 10 miles of Pinellas Park.
Golf courses include the public Mainlands Golf
Club and the nearby private courses Bardmoor Golf
and tennis Club and Bayou Golf Club, both in Largo.
Indoor entertainment includes the Venue Theatre
& Actors Studio, the Park Place Stadium 16
movie theater and the Largo Cultural Center and
Ruth Eckerd hall, both of which host a variety
of plays, theater and musical acts are also in
close proximity. Dining
and Shopping
The Shoppes at Park Place provide a wide variety
of stores Target, Payless Shoes, Kirkland’s
Home, Marshall’s, Office Depot, Michael’s,
Dressbarn, Off Broadway Shoes, Famous Footwear
and many more. Tampa’s premier shopping
and dining complex International Plaza is just
20 minutes away and features such high end stores
as Burberry, Crate & Barrel, J.Crew, Gucci,
Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom and restaurants like
the Capital Grille, Bar Louie, Blue Martini and
Ocean Prime.

and Driving
Pinellas Park is in very close proximity to I-275
which can be taken north into Tampa or south through
St. Petersburg and eventually across the Skyway
Bridge into the Bradenton/Sarasota area. US-19
is also easily accessible from most Pinellas Park
neighborhoods and travels north and south on the
Pinellas peninsula. Schools

include HCC-St. Petersburg, USF-St. Petersburg,
ITT-Technical Institute, St. Pete College, Webster
University and Clearwater Christian College.

Commerce in Pinellas Park is mainly generated
by the industries of health care, manufacturing,
finance and hospitality. Some of the largest employers
in this area are the Bayfront Medical, Home Shopping
