One of our policies at Rent Solutions is that owner payments will arrive to the owner in their bank accounts between the 9th and 12th of each month. We send that payment with an emailed statement that you get every month. We pay our owners quickly and safely through ACH processing directly to your bank account. This eliminates lost checks and the need to go to the bank each month to deposit your rent proceeds. At no additional charge, owners may elect to be paid by check.
At the end of the year, in order to prepare for tax season, we will provide a 1099 form for you and a master report for all expenses and income from your rentals over the previous year.
All financial information is also available through our online Owner Portal.
