Tenant Move-In

Your Leasing Professional or the Property Manager will perform the tenant move-in procedures consisting of the following:

  • Collection of all funds due
  • Lease and document preparation
  • Electronic document signing and immediate delivery to all parties
  • New tenant orientation and move-in packet
  • New Tenant Handbook (property management clients only)
  • Provide tenant with keys, remotes, access codes, etc.

Move-In Inspection

We don’t simply tick boxes on a list. Using our inspection software complete with unlimited photos or video, our team performs an in-depth Move-In Inspection with the new tenant.

  • Completed Inspection reports are emailed to the Owner
  • Any work yet to be performed is communicated to the Owner
  • For Property Managed Clients, all data is stored and accessible in our Property Management software

Owner Portal Access

If you have selected our Premium Property Management Service, all new tenant related data is uploaded to your Owner Portal so you can view them anytime. Among the information you can access:
