Leasing Professional
Responsible for marketing, showings, screening, and onboarding tenants for residential properties across Greater Tampa Bay. Experience in real estate leasing preferred.
Property Manager
Serve as the single point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of residential properties. Manage owner relationships, lease enforcement, renewals, and vendor coordination.
Maintenance Coordinator
Coordinate repair and maintenance requests across the portfolio. Dispatch vetted vendors, track work orders, and ensure 24/7 emergency coverage is maintained.
Accounting Specialist
Process rent collections, disbursements, vendor invoices, and monthly owner statements. Experience in property management accounting software preferred.
Director of Operations
Oversee day-to-day operational systems across all departments. Partner with the management team to drive efficiency, team performance, and owner satisfaction.
