Level 1 is free to join — no cost to start earning. You get your referral link, the full toolbox, a dedicated concierge, and reward points right away. You only level up when you're ready to grow your network and revenue share.
Members earn higher commissions on both owner and renter referrals than nonmembers do. Owner referral commissions are paid upon transaction, and you earn on every renter you refer as well.
Recruit other realtors into the program and earn additional revenue on their referrals. Level 2 members earn ongoing revenue share on their downline's referrals, and Level 3 members add revenue share on their Level 2's referrals as well.
Yes — Level 3 agents are eligible to receive buyer and seller referrals from Rent Solutions and our network. Level 3 also unlocks top-tier training with private calls, bi-monthly coaching, and expert CMAs.
